The lymphatic system is an important part of the immune and cardiovascular systems and is important for optimal functioning of our immune re- sponses. It’s a part of the body that is rarely talked about, but a system that you should know about because it is es- sential to your overall health.
Simply put, the lymphatic system is known as the body’s drainage system; made up of
vaders in the body. Other functions include producing immune cells, and absorbing fatty acids and transporting fat. Lymph nodes are found around the lungs and heart, under the arm, groin, head, and knee areas.
Common infections re- lated to the lymphatic system may include glandular fever, tonsillitis, and Crohn’s dis- ease. Diseases related to the

There are many natural ways to cleanse, heal, and get the lymphatic system back to working properly.

and drinking plenty of water helps prevent congestion in the lymphatic system.
