Bids should be submitted online to bids@tampasportsauthority.com or delivered to the office of the Authority, located at 4201 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, Florida.

Proposal documents will be available for distribution after 10 a.m. on Monday, July 11, 2022 and may be obtained via US Mail, email request, DemandStar https://network.demandstar.com or downloaded from the Authority’s website: https://www.tampasportsauthority.com/procurement-services. The TAMPA SPORTS AUTHORITY reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities, if any, and accept the bid, which in the judgment of the Authority, is determined to be in its best interest.

Description: Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) has been selected as the construction manager for the parking lot expansion for Hillsborough Community College.
The scopes of work include site work, utilities, and landscaping.
