Family And Friends Day At New Mt. Zion
One of the activities to kick off the 120th Church Anniversary of New Mt. Zion M. B. Church was Family and Friends Day on Sunday, Sept. 11, 2022. Several families were represented. The Washing- ton Family had the most members and guests.
The Anniversary Celebration was Sunday, October 16th, 10 a. m. Prior to that, there was Family Game Night Oct. 10th, Revival Fire Service, Oct. 12th, Gala, Oct. 14th, and Reunion Choir, Oct. 15th. (Pho- tographs by Julia Jackson)
Claudette Wiggins joined Shanti Wade as a guest of Dea- coness Graham.
Among the visitors were: Tisa and Troy Boulder.
Some of the family members and friends of the Washington Family: Mildred Vickers, Shawn Vickers, Janice Vickers, Linda Mitchell, Marilyn Washington, Lo Berry, Tiffany Greene Berry, Aaron, and Bryson Berry, dad Aaron, and Fontella Mitchell DeCoursey.
