An Open Letter To A Silent Killer
   Dear Crazy Person:
You don't know me. But
I've been reading about your gruesome exploits in the Seminole Heights commu- nity for weeks now. And I just want to know one thing... What's your deal?
I get that you're probably a miserable loser who's upset about the way your life has gone. My question is, why take it out on everybody else?
Do you actually believe that you're the ONLY person going through something these days? In case you weren't aware, everyone has it rough.
Never mind the fact that the current Donald Trump presidential administration has everybody bummed out. There are people out there who are terminally ill with incurable diseases, homeless men and women who don't know where their next meal is coming from and some disabled folks who only wish they had the mobility you misuse.
And, you know what? None of them are taking their crap out on the rest of
the world.
The four individuals you
murdered in cold-blood did- n't have it any better than you either. They were just regular people trying to make the best out of the lives they were given. And you even snatched that away from them.
I'm sure, to you, none of this matters, though. You're probably just one of those sick little bastards who gets off on the whole playing God fantasy. But, I have to tell you, regardless of how many souls you release from their physical bodies, you'll never be the real thing.
I know hearing that hurts. But, unfortunately, it's true.
When it's all said and done the blood you've spilled won't improve your life one iota or make you any greater of a person. In fact, all you're really doing is shaping the world you're going to be birthed into in your next life. One that I'm almost positive, after what you've done here, will have you either burning in a hell fire, returning as a parasite on a cockroach's ass,
or experiencing the pain of being shot over and over again for an eternity.
Trust me. It's not going to get any better for you.
Of course, all of those things will be waiting after you’re caught and severely punished on this plane of ex- istence. Oh, that's definitely going to happen.
You have an entire city looking for you and when you slip up, and leave some evidence behind or an eye- witness fingers your where- abouts, life as you knew it will officially be over. Done.
So, with that being the case, my advice? Stop while you're ahead and let the peo- ple breathe. But if you can't do that, and you just feel the need to kill again, then do us and yourself a favor.
The next time you pick up a gun and decide to squeeze the trigger, make sure your next victim is the person who stares back at you from the mirror every morning. I mean that is who you're mad at the most, right?
It may not be the ending you've always visualized. But, at least, you'll be free of your tormentor and we'll be free of ours.

He’s Killed His Mother, Father, Sister Or Brother For The Fourth Time
o doubt, the title of this Editorial in and of itself
is disgusting beyond words. But what could be worse than a man or woman who in the previous month, has made a career of indiscriminately murder- ing men and women.
Take for instance, the so-called Tampa-Ripper’s most recent victim. A 60-year-old man who woke up early on a Tuesday to walk to his church nearby where he and fellow Christians would feed the hungry and homeless. It was a trip he’d taken countless times. Thanks to the nameless mother-murderer, it would be his last.
Police are unsure, but senior citizen Ronnie Felton’s name might be added to the list that includes three other individuals who died at the gun-hand of a ghoul whose greatest ecstasy was playing God.
But perhaps, this time, the Tampa Ripper almost made a mistake. Tall, light-skinned, he was identified, though thousands of Tampans may fit such a descrip- tion. But only a few live and lurk in the Seminole Heights area, and the argument is “You’ve got to go home, sometime.”
Meanwhile, what can we do to keep ourselves safe?
Listen to the following advice: Keep your porch light lit; if you must go out late at night, go out in groups; carry your own firearm if you have a license; do not be afraid to cooperate with law enforcement, and most importantly, take the protection of your religion wher- ever you go.
Perhaps, if we do all of these things, the Tampa-Rip- per may grow tired of killing his mother (or his father or his brother or his sister).
