Local Tax Service Provides Aid To Clients All Year

Tiffany Jackson is on the move, just like her company, On The Move Tax Service.
Jackson opened her tax business in 2021, after being in the tax prepa- ration business for 3 years.
She was born in Tampa and grad- uated from King High School. Origi- nally at Tampa Bay Tech, Jackson was a teenage mom. She transitioned to MacFarlane Park Center's Teen Parent Program. After successful completion of the program, she went to King High School.
After graduating from King, Jackson attended HCC and then the University of South Florida and re- ceived her degree in Business Man- agement. She also has a master’s degree in Management from Argosy University.
Jackson takes pride in the fact
that she raised her son, Leonard, herself while working at the Boys and Girls Club and going to school.
Jackson had a highly successful career in management for Walmart, where she managed both front-end and back-end logistics for the super- store. She also managed the account- ing and financial decisions for the store to which she was assigned.
When she decided to break free of corporate life, she knew she wanted a family-centered business. Her mother, Deveda Jackson, is her of- fice manager and the office’s notary and loan signer.
Jackson says that her clients can expect her to be with them through- out the year, not just during tax sea- son.
“Because I come from a retail background, I focus on customer service. My clients are welcomed into an open space. I am available to them to not only prepare tax returns, but
also advise them on how to plan for their taxes in years to come.”
On The Move Tax Service pro- vides tax preparation, financial liter- acy education, credit repair. She also troubleshoots IRS issues for her clients.
Jackson lives in Tampa with her younger children, Mahogani and Urvick St. Jean. Leonard is away at college at Florida International University (FIU).
