50 Cent Teams Up With DJ Envy For 'Property Players' Reality Series

50 Cent is continuing his remarkable run in television by joining forces with DJ Envy on an upcoming reality series on the A&E network called Property Players.
According to The Holly- wood Reporter, the un- scripted show will follow DJ Envy and real estate entre- preneur Caesar Pina as they manage their family-run prop- erty company.
Viewers will be taken behind
the scenes as the crew flip houses for large profits, while mentoring other celebrities and their communities about real estate investment.
Property Players will be produced by 50 Cent’s G- Unit Films and Television banner, with Fly on the Wall Entertainment and Lionsgate TV also on board. A&E Net- works currently hold the worldwide distribution rights to the series.
Cardi B celebrated her 30th birthday in style with a cabaret-theme party last Tues- day night (October 11).
The Bronx bombshell and her guests descended upon the nightclub and cocktail lounge Poppy in Los Angeles, Califor- nia for “Cardi’s Dirty Thirty Cabaret.”
Setting the tone for the dress code, Cardi B rocked a busty red bejewelled corset and huge carnival-style feathered head- dress. She was accompanied by her husband, Offset, who complemented her ensemble in a white suit and red tie.
YG, Chance The Rapper, Chloe and Halle Bailey, DDG, Karrueche Tran and DaniLeigh also attended Cardi’s birthday bash along with family and friends, with the burlesque dress code being followed by most.

After Home Burglary
Rap artist Megan Thee Stallion was reportedly the recent victim of a home bur- glary, with more than $300,000 worth of property stolen from her home in Los Angeles, Calif.
The rapper was in New York City at the time of Thursday night’s incident as she was set to host and perform on Satur- day Night Live.
First reported by TMZ, two men broke a glass door in the back of the 27-year-old rap- per’s home.
According to TMZ, the two men, who were reportedly wearing hoodies and gloves, went into the primary bed- room.
The burglar’s reportedly made off with cash, jewelry, and electronics.
Megan, whose real name is Megan Jovon Ruth Pete, addressed the break-in and an- nounced that she’s “really gotta take a break” after her SNL scheduled event.
“Material things can be re- placed but I’m glad everyone is safe,” she wrote on Twitter.

partment was not able to con- firm the burglary or provide any information, including if there are any suspects in cus- tody, according to NBC News.
The rapper has also under- gone a wearying legal proceed- ing after accusing fellow rap artist Tory Lanez of shooting her in 2020.
