Creative Contractors, Inc. (CGC060364) is the Construction Manager for the proposed eight story Moffitt Clinical Support Building (CSB) located at 12902 USF Magnolia Drive, Tampa, FL 33612 at the Tampa Main Campus at USF.
We are currently seeking prequalified subcontractors and MWBE subcontractors for Package #3 consisting of Architectural Precast, Glazing, Storefront, Curtain wall, Roof, Elevators, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Technology only at this time.
Bids are due to Creative on April 4, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
