LeBron James might be on the cusp of setting another record.
And someone will have to pay a lot of money to make it happen.
A one-of-a-kind James trading card — called the “Triple Logoman” — is up for auction this month, with some believing that it wind up as the most expensive card ever sold. The current record
LEBRON JAMES
is $6.6 million that was spent for a Honus Wagner trading card last year.
The Wagner card is more than 100 years old. The James card is part of Panini’s 2020-21 “Flawless” collection, and features the NBA logo patch from three of his jer- seys, one each from his time with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat and the Los An- geles Lakers.

An NBA Team In Las Vegas
NBA ownership might soon be in the picture for box- ing legend Floyd May- weather.

The Las Vegas Review Journal reports that May- weather is working “behind the scenes” on potentially be- coming an owner in the NBA. He says he’s been working with the league regarding this potential business endeavor.
“Me and my team have

Asakura. “I can’t say exactly where, but I’m working on getting a team.”
Mayweather explained that discussions have been ongoing for six months. He would prefer to own a team in Las Vegas, though he has am- bitions of ownership even if Sin City isn’t the location.
Shaq Picks Up $25K Tab For Guests, Wait Staff At Manhattan Restaurant
SHAQUILLE O'NEAL
Shaquille O’Neal is one of the rare athletes whose im- pact off the court may exceed what he accomplished on it.
The Hall-of-Famer enjoyed a romantic dinner with a “mys- tery” date last Sunday night in New York City, grubbing on shrimp tempura, Beijing chicken and chicken satay at the Jue Lan Club in Chelsea.
O’Neal treated the entire restaurant (which seats 40 ta- bles) and wait staff to free meals, running up a tab of over $25,000. That doesn’t even in- clude the enormous gratuity he left behind with servers mar- veling at O’Neal’s generosity.
