Description: Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) has been selected as the construction manager for the parking lot expansion for Hillsborough Community College.
The scopes of work include site work, utilities, and landscaping.
Please be pre-qualified prior to bidding. Please contact Janet Cole for a pre-qualification form at janet.cole@cppi.com.
All bids are to be SEALED and delivered to CPPI’s office at 10150 Highland Manor Drive, Suite 135 Tampa, FL 33610
(Dedicated Entrance to CPPI office at North-West corner of the building)
Bids are to be held for 90 days.
