Tampa Bay Black Chamber Of Commerce Celebrates 10-Year Anniversary
NAACP Hillsborough County Branch Message From The President
DR. BENNIE SMALL
“Many received robo-calls recommending people for the election on Tuesday, August 30, 2016.
The message gave the im- pression that the endorse- ments were supported by the NAACP Hillsborough County Branch. This Branch was not involved and has never en- dorsed candidates for political office.
“Unfortunately, it was obvi- ous that names, telephone numbers and email addresses were removed from the office and we do whole-heartedly apologize for that.
Measures have been taken to make sure this does not hap- pen again.”
