Elle doesn’t rely only on the physical gifts God has given her, but also on her wit, intellect, and drive to suc- ceed. Congratulations to Elle as this week’s Spotlight feature.

Pot Is The Next Industry For Big 5
Another vote on medical marijuana is in the works. United for Care, the group be- hind the 2014 ballot proposal, is close to collecting enough petition signatures for a repeat performance in 2016. Mean- while, 28 nurseries have ap- plied to grow Charlotte’s Web, the only type of medical pot al- ready legal in the state. The Florida Department of Health has 90 days to decide which 5 will get a license. The Col- orado's marijuana in- dustry was valued at $700 million last year.
