Of Charmettes To Hold 35th ‘Miss Junior Debutante Coronation’
Covid Cases Rise Nationwide As Testing Declines
The Hillsborough County Chapter of The Charmettes, Incorporated, continues their tradition presenting their 35th annual “Miss Junior Debu- tante Coronation,” on Sun- day, May 22, 2022, at the Charles Davis Conference Center, 1002 East Dr. MLK, Jr. Blvd., beginning at 4 p. m. The public is invited.
The signature event, “Miss Junior Debutante Corona- tion,” presents young girls be- tween the ages of 13 to 15 years to the community in a beautiful and elegant fashion. The participants are leaders in academics, members of honor societies, and sporting teams at their respective

schools. The Hillsborough County Chapter is committed to making this event a special and memorable event for all to enjoy.
The Charmettes, Incorpo- rated is a sisterhood of dedi- cated women committed to
improving the quality of life within their communities through advocacy, education, services, and support for can- cer research. The Charmettes Incorporate Nationally, has donated over $800,000.00 to Howard University Cancer Research Center in Washing- ton, DC. The Hillsborough County Chapter also finan- cially supports H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Research Center, lo- cated on the campus of the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.
Charmettes Evelyne M. Keeton and Vivian N. Kitchen are chairing the event. Charmette Luvator Nelson is President.
