MS. DEBORAH A. MURPHY-BETHUNE January 21, 1956 - February 15, 2015
Ms. Deborah A. Murphy- Bethune of Tampa, passed away Sunday, February 15, 2015. A celebration of life and homegoing service will be con- ducted Saturday, February 21, 2015, at 2 p. m. at Bible-Based Fellowship Church of Temple Terrace, 8718 N. 46th Street, Tampa, 33617, Reverend Earl Mason, pastor, with Reverend Don Edwards, officiating. In- terment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Ms. Deborah A. Murphy- Bethune was born in Jamestown, PA, and came to Tampa as a young girl. She was a proud graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School, where she received her high school diploma, and of Florida Agri- culture and Mechanical Uni- versity, where she received her Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in social work. She con- tinued to demonstrate her de- sire for education by working for Hillsborough County Head- start by pouring her love for education into young children. She continued to give to these children a head start on their education for over 30 years.
She was preceded in death by: her mother, Ada Jo Bethune; grandmother, Mattie Bethune; aunt, Eunice Freeney; and brother, Ronald Bethune.

MRS. WANDA COPELAND FRITH
Mrs. Wanda Copeland Frith of 4103 W. Nassau St., passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2015. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 21, 2015, at 11 a. m. at Friend- ship M. B. Church, 4301 W. Cy- press St., with Rev. Frank Watson, pastor, officiating.
Mrs. Frith was a native of Tampa, and a resident for 54 years. She attended Jefferson High School, and was a mem- ber of Friendship M. B. Church. She was last employed as a Medical Transportation Spe- cialist for Hillsborough County.
Mrs. Frith was preceded in death by: her parents, Deacon James and Sister Pauline Copeland; grandparents, Rev- erend Vernon and Nancy Hogue; brother, Victor Copeland; uncles, Van Hogue, Ray Hogue, Charles Hogue, Willie Hogue and Ozzie Hogue; and aunts, Ida Mae Sloan, Eva Mae Ivery, Nadine Washington and Myrtle Baucum.

MRS. GRACE MILDRED MITCHELL
Mrs. Grace Mildred Mitchell of Tampa, passed away Satur- day, February 14, 2015.
Funeral services will be con- ducted Saturday, February 21, 2015, at 2 p. m. at Mt. Pleasant M. B. Church, 2002 North Rome Avenue, with Reverend C. T. Kirkland, pastor, officiat- ing. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Mrs. Mitchell was a native of Valdosta, Georgia, and a resi- dent of Tampa for 80 years. She attended Hillsborough County Schools, and was a member of Mt. Pleasant M. B. Church and Pallbearers Lodge #17. She owned/operated Elite Beauty Salon in Tampa. Loving memories will remain in the lives of her family and friends who will dearly miss Grace.

MR. MOSE GOODWIN
Mr. Mose Goodwin of Tampa, who was raised in Copiah, MS, but previously lived in Philadelphia, PA, passed away on February 12, 2015.
Homegoing services will be conducted Saturday, February 21,2015,at11a.m.atRay Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, 33606. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mose Goodwin was born May 29, 1937, in Copiah, MS, to the late Annie and Joe Good- win, Sr. He was one of 14 chil- dren born to this marriage.
He attended the public schools of Hazlehurst, Mar- tinsville, and Copiah County in Mississippi.
He moved to Philadelphia and worked in the General Contractor business for many years as well as home remodel- ing and a few other odd jobs. He also helped run family owned restaurants, grocery center, and laundry facilities with his family members.
He visited Tampa, in the late 1950s, where he met Erma Jean Edwards; they were mar- ried in 1962. He enjoyed fish- ing, watching football, listening to blues, going to flea markets and eating southern foods.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Annie Clay and Joe Goodwin; wife, Erma E. Goodwin; sister, Sadie Mae, Hazlehurst, MS; and brothers, Jim Goodwin, Homer Lee Goodwin, Emanuel Goodwin and Tom Goodwin.

Mrs. Olivia Jones of 1702 East Kirby Street, passed away Saturday, February 14, 2015.

Mrs. Olivia Jones was a na- tive of Newark, New Jersey, and a resident of Tampa for 40 years. She was a member of Mt. Tabor M. B. Church, where she served in the #3 Choir until her health failed. Mrs. Jones was employed as a Dietician for the Hillsborough County School System.
She leaves to cherish her memory: a devoted husband, Marvin Jones; 2 sons, Anthony Woods (Belinda), and Donald Woods; 4 daughters, Bonita Woods, Veronica Jones, Fe- licite Jones and Angelina Jones (Demetrius); and other relatives and friends.
