On May 27th at the Tampa Convention Center, the 21st annual “Our Heroes Lunch- eon” was held to honor the men and women who risk their lives to serve the people.
The welcome address was given by ABC Action News An- chor John Thomas, and the National Anthem was ren- dered by Patrick Boda.
The invocation was given by
Chaplin Daniel Middle- brooks of Plant City Fire Res- cue. The Guest Speaker was Joe Durkin from Bright House Networks, and Closing Remarks were given by An- drea Thomas of the Sykes Enterprises, Inc.

Meals On Wheels is cele- brating 40 years of serving the Tampa community. Their mission is to nourish and enrich the seniors and homebound of Tampa and strengthen the community.
