The members of the association at the luncheon are: Vance (President) and Rhonda Tib- ley, Cora (Vice President) and Victor Stunners and Cherri and Edward Singluer.
It has been estimated that more than 500 Yellow Jackets of Howard W. Blake High School, along with their friends and sup- porters packed the Letter Carriers Hall for the annual Black and Gold Christmas party. The event was sponsored by the school’s Athletic Booster Club. (Photos by Julia Jackson)
