    HEARING MASTER
Hillsborough County is seeking to appoint a Phosphate Mining/Wellhead Hearing Master as provided for in the Hillsborough County Land Development Code. The Phosphate Mining/Wellhead Hearing Master will conduct hearings & render recommendations regarding applications for phosphate mining and wellhead prohibited uses including operating permits and vested rights. Applicants must have a law degree and license to practice in Florida for three years. Applicants cannot hold appointive or elective office or a position in government in order to serve as a Phosphate Mining/Wellhead Hearing Master. This is a personal services contract that will pay $150/hr., not to exceed $50,000 per year.
