MRS. MOZELL HURT-DAVIS
Homegoing celebration for Mrs. Mozell Hurt-Davis of Tampa, who passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2015, will be held Saturday, March 21, 2015, at 11 a. m. at New Smyrna Baptist Church, 5015 N. 17th Street, Bishop W. L. Lee, officiat- ing. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mozell was born May 1, 1928, to the late Henry and Mary Durham in Worth County, Georgia.
She loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; and husband, Leroy Davis.
She leaves to cherish her memories with: children, Nelson Williams (Alice), L. C. Williams of Newberry, NY, Willie Simon Byrd of Tampa, Mary Robinson (Willie) of Tampa, and Stephine Hurt of Tampa.
She raised 2 grandchil- dren: Mary Williams and Shirley Correal (Joseph) of Beverley Hill, FL; 26 grand- children, 66 great grand- children and 16 great great grandchildren; sisters-in- law, Beatrice Durham and Myrle Davis; daughter-in- law, Earline Byrd; special friend, William Robinson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, March 20, 2015, from 5-8 p. m. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p. m.
The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.

Ray Johnson was born June 25, 1924, in Brooklet, Georgia, to the late Rufus Johnson and Mary Craw- ford Johnson.
Ray enjoyed spending time with his family and fishing.
He was preceded in death by: his wife, Minnie Johnson; son, Ray John- son, Jr.; and grandson, David Jackson.

Derick was born Novem- ber 5, 1953, in St. Christo- pher, Jamaica, to the late Clarence and Ilene Smithen.
Derick was a longtime employee of ASIG, Tampa International Airport for 30 years. He enjoyed watching karate movies, eating and having fun with his grandchildren and working.
He leaves in his untimely passing: a loving wife, Dorothy Smithen; 4 sons, Dexter Smithen, Devon Smithen, David Smithen and Leon Nisbett Smithen; 3 daughters, Deon Sweeney, Evoni Shippy (Dalbert), and Nekisha Bai- ley (Faran); grandchildren, Daniel Smithen, and Jamisha, Javionna and Jayla Haynes; brothers, Charles Gaten; sister, Ad- breal Brown; father-in-law, Paul J. DEACON EARL GLYMPH
A homegoing celebration for Deacon Earl Glymph, who departed this life on Thursday, March 12, 2015, will be held Saturday, March 21,2015,at11a.m.at Springhill Missionary Bap- tist Church, 8119 E. Dr. Mar- tin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Tampa, with Rev. Eugene Garnett, officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 East Hanna Avenue, Tampa.
Deacon Glymph was well- known and respected for his love of God, family, church and community. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who dedicated his life to making the world a better place for everyone with whom he came in con- tact. He was a Deacon at Springhill M. B. Church, where he also was a member of the Male Chorus and the Trustee Board.
He was passionate about education and he taught in the Hillsborough County Public Schools for more than 30 years. Deacon Glymph also proudly served in the United States Army.
Deacon Glymph was pre- ceded in death by: his par- ents, Haskill and Lucy Glymph; parents-in-law, Randolph and Rebecca Kin- sey; brothers, Jim Glymph, George B. Glymph, John Glymph and Lucious Glymph, Sr.; and sisters, Lottie Glymph and Hazel Glymph Burgess.
He leaves loving memo- ries and heart prints with: his devoted wife, Pauline Kinsey Glymph; two loving daughters, Audrey Denise Glymph and Cassandra Glymph; a caring grandson, Caleb Earl Glymph; a dedi- cated brother, Harvey Glymph; five brothers-in- law, Willie Burgess, Ran- dolph (Betty) Kinsey, Sr., Sam (Alma) Kinsey, Herbert (Carolyn) Kinsey, and Joseph Kinsey; five sisters- in-law, Helen Glymph, Ann Glymph, Bernestine Glymph, Ellen Kinsey and Jackie Kinsey-Dennis; nephews, John A. Deacon Glymph, known for his love and support of many, leaves an extended family to cherish his memo- ries. These members in- clude: David Burgess, Ashley Burgess, Matilda Warren, Eddie B. and Brenda Williams, Ja’Vonte Deshommes, Ronnie Pow- ell, Carl Warren, Jr., Carla Warren, the Spring Hill Mis- sionary Baptist Church fam- ily and the Sulphur Springs Community. He will also be missed by Minister John Douglas, who is Sister Glymph’s minister and spir- itual supporter of the family. He also leaves a host of other relatives and friends in the Tampa Bay area, Win- ter Haven, FL, and other cities and states.
Visitation will be held Fri- day, March 20, 2015, at Springhill M. B. Church, 8119 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Tampa, 33619, from 6-8 p. m.
