Polk County Celebrates Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Each year, the third Monday of January is designated as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Throughout Polk County, religious services and events were held in celebration of Dr. King’s fight for equality for all peo- ple.
