Ne- braska Avenue, Tampa, 33602, featuring the Festival Headliner, Lucrece Louis- dhon-Louinis, who will enthrall you as she performs stories, traditional dance and rhythms from Haiti, the Caribbean and Africa. She is accompanied by Louines Louinis on drum.
There will be other state and local adult tellers, youth tellers, strolling characters and performers, plus a Story- book Character Parade, Arts & Crafts, a book fair and more.
