Former “Miss Blake” winners and the new winners are: Sharon Cancio, 2nd Runner-Up; Delores Hodgins-McIntosh, Miss Blake 1961; Victoria Holland, 1st Runner-Up; Jacqueline Nickson-Cotmon, Miss Blake 1964 and Miss Florida A&M 1967; Louise Dukes-Rivers, Miss Don Thompson, 1956; Clarissa Thornton, Miss Howard W. Blake, 2015; Ms. Patricia Beacham, Miss Blake, 1958; Edith Randolph, Miss Blake 1970; Shayla Watkins, Most Congenial; and Ms. Chestine Bell, Miss Blake 1967.
Master of Ceremony/News Channel 8, Rod Carter, and Mistress of Ceremony, former anchor for Fox 13, Secily Wilson-Orr.

Members of the Color Guard who presented the colors: Core Commander Cadet Major Gene Smith-Mosley; Color Guard Com- mander, Cadet Captain Jaylon Harrison; Cadet 1st Lieutenant Michael Ortega; Cadet Airmen Byron Brown; Cadet Airman Basic, Charlie Thomas†and Cadet Airman Basic, Eduardo Flores.
The band, Unnatural, provided entertainment for the pageant. Members are: Jehumni McIntyre, Javar Garrett, Emanuel Grand- berry and James Kelly.
From left, City Council Chair Frank Reddick, Sandy Karl, owner, Karl and DiMarco Dance and Performing Arts Studio North and South Tampa; and City Councilman Charlie Miranda were among the judges.
Tabulators for the evening were Angela Jennings, John Gill- yard and Gusen Williams.
Quiana Blue, George Lewis, Yajuiray Coates, and Jelon Boykin were among those at the pageant.
Assisting the 2015 contests with pageantry dos and don’t’s and stage presence were: from left, Simona Riverio, Miss Jr. Teen USA, Mrs. Paula Rivero (mother), and Maya Rivero, Miss Citrus Teen, 2015.
Miss Tameca Johnson, Blakeís Department of Jour- nalism and Advisor of The Jacket and yearbook, coordi- nated the pageant.
Two of the former queens, Patricia Beacham and Edith Randolp attended the pageant with several other former Miss Howard W. Blake queens.
