LETTER OF INTEREST(LOI) O-00219 ELECTRICAL DESIGN SERVICES
The Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority (the Authority) desires to issue a Letter of Interest (LOI) to provide miscellaneous electrical design services and plans development to the Authority on an as-needed basis. The primary goal of this LOI is to select the best qualified firm(s) to assist the Authority with the development of electrical plans that meet Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and American Association of State of Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO) standards and other local, state and federal regulations.
The complete LOI Instructions and Submittal Documents are available through the DemandStar System (www.demandstar.com) or through an email request to Man.Le@tampa-xway.com. CONSULTANTS WHO OBTAIN THE LOI INSTRUCTIONS AND SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS FROM SOURCES OTHER THAN DEMANDSTAR OR THEA ARE CAUTIONED THAT THE DOCUMENTS MAY BE INCOMPLETE.
Interested firms shall submit a completed response to the Authority, 1104 East Twiggs Street, Suite 300, 3rd Floor, Tampa, Florida 33602. Responses are due by March 14, 2019, by 2:00 p.m. at which time all proposals received will be publicly opened. Firms failing to submit the required documents as outlined within the LOI Instructions and Submittal Documents may be deemed non-responsive to the LOI. THEA strongly encourages the solicitation and utilization of SBE firms and requires nondiscrimination on the basis of race, color, sex and national origin in its contracting practices.
