Driver Suspected Of DUI In Crash With Ambulance
Woman In McDonald’s Drive Through Shot By Bondsman
Authorities Continue To Look For Man To Question Him In Woman’s Suspicious Death

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office reports they are still looking for a man they want to question about the suspicious death of a woman.
On the morning of Novem- ber 7th, deputies found the body of Erica Gaffney, 37, inside her home on Beechcraft Way in Seffner.

suspect was inside the home at the time of Gaffney’s death.
Ms. Gaffney’s body was found by her son, and a neigh- bor had reported hearing a disturbance coming from the front of Gaffney’s home.
No criminal charges are being sought against Allen at this time. If anyone knows his whereabouts, please call (813) 247-8200.
Tampa Police reported that a driver who struck an ambu- lance on the Davis Island Bridge Tuesday night was charged with DUI.
Officers were called after a report that an Americare am- bulance had been hit by a 2000 Toyota Sienna, driven by El- liott Ingram, 41.
The ambulance personnel re- ceived minor injuries and were treated at the scene.
Police said Ingram showed signs of being impaired and after an investigation he was charged with DUI with injury.
This is a surveillance photo of a man suspected of cashing counterfeit checks.
Police in Clearwater are look- ing for a man who has cashed numerous counterfeit checks at businesses around the Tampa Bay area.
Police said the man some- times uses an illegible out-of- state driver’s license to cash the checks.
Surveillance cameras have captured the man in a Publix store and other businesses.

DEVEON STOKES ...was suspect the bondman

On Wednesday, a bail bondsman from Kyle’s Quick Bonds followed Deveon Stokes, 26, and blocked him in a McDonald’s Drive- through in St. Petersburg.
A second car pulled up alongside Stokes. That bondsman had his gun out, and said the gun went off be- cause of the movement of the cars.
A woman sitting in the pas- senger seat of Stokes’ vehicle was shot and is reported to be in critical condition.
The warrant for Stokes was for possession of cocaine with intent to sell, driving with a suspended license and failure to appear. He owed the bonds- man $21,000.
Police Chief Anthony Hol- loway said McDonald’s is no place for a takedown and the bondsman will be treated like any other citizen.
St. Petersburg Police are in- vestigating the shooting, and the bondsman was not charged. The woman who was shot has not been identified.
Police also arrested a man who was in the car with Stokes, Joshua Malone, 26, on three counts of aggra- vated assault with a firearm and being a felon in possession of a firearm form an incident on October 19th where it is al- leged he shot at three people, one of them a toddler, in the 3400 block of Queensborough Avenue, South.
Authorities Look For Man Who Cashed Counterfeit Checks
Victim Allegedly Robbed, Pistol Whipped
Tampa Police are searching for two men suspected of rob- bing a man at gunpoint before assaulting him last week.
Police said the victim was walking in the 11300 block of 50th Street around 11:30 p.m. on November 2nd when one of the suspects reportedly came up behind him and pointed a gun to his head.
Police said the victim handed over his wallet and phone, and the suspect hit him in the face with the gun. A friend of the victim trans- ported him to a nearby hospi-
tal.
Police released a video from
a Citgo Gas Station, 4511 East Hillsborough Avenue, which may show the suspects wanted in the robbery.
The suspects were described as Black males with thin builds, both wearing sleeveless tee shirts and last seen in a small Black compact car.
Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $3,000 reward for in- formation that leads to an ar- rest. Anyone with information is asked to all 1-800-873-8477.
Two Arrests Made In Home Invasion Murder

St. Petersburg Police an- nounced they have arrested Gregory Hunt, 18, for the murder of Joshua Walsh that occurred Tuesday at 2629 11th Street North. Police said Hunt was in the process of committing an armed home invasion when he shot and killed Walsh.
Police said Hunt was impli- cated by several witnesses and reportedly confessed to shoot- ing Walsh as they struggled inside the residence.
Walsh was rushed to a local hospital and pronounced dead on arrival. Police said the inci- dent did not appear to be a random act.
Police also arrested the man who drove Hunt to the scene. Jovonte Ray Johnson, 20, was reported to be the driver of the vehicle, and con- fessed to participating in the robbery and destroying evi- dence. He was charged with being a principle to first-de-
gree murder.
Lutz Gas Station Burglarized
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office reports that on November 9th, a man pried open the front door of the Citgo Gas Station, 17102 North High- way 41 in Lutz.
After getting inside the sta- tion, the suspect tried to re- move the cash register, but was not successful. The suspect was then seen grabbing cigarettes and a drink from the cooler prior to fleeing on foot to the rear of the building.
A suspicious vehicle was seen driving through the park- ing lot several times prior to the incident.
The suspect is described as a Black male, 30-to-40 years old, and last seen wearing a grey tee shirt, black gym shorts with white trim, work boots, work gloves, and a white shirt cover- ing his face.

The suspect vehicle was de- scribed as a 2000-to-2006 Ford F250 white over gold du- ally pick-up truck with chrome step bars, a toolbox behind the cab and another running along the bed on the driver’s side.
