On Saturday, August 27, 2022, an angry bull took stage at Gus Trent’s Rodeo Fest at the Florida Fairgrounds.
The fans were there to see the show put on by prominent cowboy and rodeo promoter, Gus Trent. The event offered cowboys and cowgirls from across the U.S. and Tampa Bay as they showed off their skills in bull riding, bar- rel racing, mounted shooting, 4-horse relay race, and mutton bust-
ing.In the midst of a rid- ing event, a bull broke through his gate and stormed toward the crowd, narrowly missing spectators.
The bull took off in
another direction as it ran around the arena.
A local spectator who asked not to be named,
said the experience was “horrifying”.
Local reports say that no one was hurt.
