Tonya Lewis Honored By Tampa City Council
Founder and CEO of a non-profit organization for children, Tonya Lewis was honored by the Mayor and Tampa City Council on Tuesday.
Mrs. Lewis founded Children With a Vision more than 30 years ago. She was honored for those years of service in the Tampa Bay community. City Councilman Orlando Gudes pre- sented the commendation to her. Mayor Jane Castor presented flowers.
