Crime Woman With Gunshot Wound Left At Hospital Dies
Dealer Gets 20-Year Sentence For Conspiracy To Distribute Heroin, Fentanyl
A 25-year-old St. Peters- burg woman suffering from a gunshot wound was dropped off at a St. Petersburg hospi- tal. The woman died several hours after being left at the hospital.
According to the St. Pe- tersburg Police Department, around 1:30 a. m., Sunday, Ms. Tytaquisha Pearson and 25-year-old Jerrell Sha’ron Hall became en- gaged in an altercation. At some point during the alter- cation, Ms. Pearson was shot.
Hall reportedly drove Ms. Pearson to a local hos- pital and left her before flee- ing the scene.
Hall was arrested by Tampa Police shortly before 10 a. m., at the intersection of E. Lake Avenue and N. 21st Street on unrelated charges.
A federal judge sen- tenced a Palmetto man to prison on drug charges. He pleaded guilty to the charges on October 31, 2019.
Antonio Nunez, III,
34, was charged with con- spiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute one kilogram or more of heroin and 400 grams or more of fentanyl.
District Judge William F. Jung sentenced Nunez to 20 years and 10 months.
According to court docu- ments, beginning no later than March 2016 and con- tinuing through May 2019, Nunez and his co-defen- dant, Antoine Waiters, conspired to possess heroin, fentanyl, and other con-

Hall was transported to the Hillsborough County Jail and charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed firearm, and providing a false name to law enforce- ment. Man Jailed After Meeting 11-Year-Old For Sex
A 33-year-old was ar- rested after he met an 11- year-old girl for sex. He had met the child the day before at a Town N’ Country Gas Station in the 6400 block of W. Hillsborough Avenue.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, Jorge Moreno met the child Monday, March 21st. The girl reportedly left with him in his vehicle, and had sex with Moreno. He and the victim did not know each other prior to meeting at the gas station.
The next day, the victim’s mother called the Sheriff’s Office after finding inappro- priate text messages from Moreno on her 11-year-old daughter’s cell phone. The messages were sexual in na- ture, and contacted the Hills- borough County Sheriff’s Office.
After talking with the child, detectives learned that

she met Moreno at a gas station the day before. The victim disclosed that she agreed to meet Moreno again on March 22, at the same gas station, to have sex- ual intercourse.
Moreno was instead met by detectives while waiting for the victim to arrive at the designated time. After being interviewed, Moreno con- fessed to the sexual contact between him and the victim.
Moreno was charged with: sexual battery (victim under 12, defendant over 18), unlawful use of a two way communication device, trav- eling to meet a minor after using computer services/de- vices to solicit certain illegal acts, and use of computer services or devices to solicit certain illegal acts.

said, “There are people out there who are predatory and seeking out minors for sex, but in Hillsborough County, if you’re coming for our chil- dren, we’re coming for you.
“I commend the parents of this juvenile victim for monitoring her child’s cell phone and bringing this mat- ter to us for investigation. This incident should serve as a reminder to all parents to keep an eye on their chil- dren’s lives online and on their mobile devices.”
