Tampa Solid Waste Department Revises Collection Schedule In Observance Of Christmas Day
In observance of Christmas Day, City of Tampa offices will be closed.
Commercial and Residential Customers will not receive col- lection service on Tuesday, December 25, 2018. The re- vised collection schedule is as fol- lows:
Residential customers
who normally receive service on Tuesday will receive service on Wednesday, December 26, 2018. Regular Solid Waste collection service schedules will resume Thursday, December 27, 2018.
Commercial Customers
who normally receive service on Tuesday will receive service on Wednesday, December 26, 2018. Collection service will continue to
run one day behind through Sat- urday, December 29, 2018.
Regular Solid Waste collec- tion service schedules will resume Monday, December 31, 2018.
Christmas Tree Collec- tion Service will occur Monday, December 31, 2018 through Fri- day, January 11, 2019. In order to receive service, residents must re- move all decorations and lights, cut tree limbs to four feet lengths, bundle, and place curbside on their regularly scheduled yard waste collection day.
