Banana French Toast
Pork Teriyaki Rolls
8 Bread Slices 2 ripe Bananas 1 cup Flour
2 tsp Vanilla
Directions: Combine flour, bananas, sugar, and vanilla in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Mix in sufficient milk to attain a mixture of good consistency.
Heat butter in a pan. Dip a bread slice into the mixture and fry in butter on both sides until brown.
2 tbsp Sugar
1⁄2 cup Milk
1⁄2 stick of Butter Powdered Sugar (to taste)
Remove and place on tissue paper to absorb excess fat. Sprinkle powdered sugar on the bread slice.
Repeat with the other bread slices and banana mixture. Serve hot.
6 thin cutlets pork
18 green beans ends trimmed
1 small carrot sliced into 18 thin strips 1 small red bell peppers cored and seeded and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
flour for dusting
salt and pepper to taste For the sauce:
2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons water
Directions: Bring a pot of salted water to boil and add all the veg- etables. Boil for 2 minutes, strain and dry with paper towel. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix ingredients for the sauce. Set aside. Take one pork cutlet and dust with flour on both sides. Add 3 green beans, 3 carrots and 3 peppers on the cutlet. Season with salt and pepper and begin rolling the pork. Close with toothpicks.
Add oil to pan and when the oil is hot, add pork rolls.
Cook until the pork is golden brown and remove toothpicks (about 8 minutes.)
Add sauce and shake the pan to make sure all sides are coated (about 1-2 minutes). Turn heat off, and slice rolls into pieces. Serve warm over leftover sliced vegetables.
Bread Pizza
A very popular recipe that the kids canhelpmaketocele- brate Parents’ Day.
4 Bread Slices
1 Capsicum (sliced) 1 Tomato (sliced) M u s h r o o m s (sliced)
2 Onions (sliced)
1 tbsp Butter
4 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese (grated) 1pinchSalt
1 pinch Sugar
2 tbsp Pizza Sauce
Directions: Heat butter in a pan. Add vegetables to it and fry them until brown and soft.
Add salt and sugar to the vegetables. Cook and stir till moisture evaporate from the vegetables.
Take a bread slice and smear it with pizza sauce.
Spread the vegetable mixture on the bread and garnish it with mozzarella cheese.
Grill the bread in an oven or over tawa for 3-4 minutes, or till the bread is crispy and the cheese melts. Bread Pizza is ready to savor. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
Baked Macaroni And Cheese
2 cups cooked Macaroni 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour 1/4 cup Margarine
1 cup Milk
1 cup Cream
2 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs Fresh Ground Pepper
Salt to taste
Directions: Mix all-purpose flour, salt and pepper. Blend it well.
Heat the butter. And add it to the above-made mixture.
Pour milk and cream. Stir it properly and boil it.
Cook over medium heat for 10 min- utes.
Add cheddar cheese little by little.
Put over medium heat till the cheese gets melted.
Add macaroni; toss it to coat with cheese sauce.
Place it on a baking dish and put bread crumbs over it. Bake it at 400f till the top turns golden brown.
Baked Macaroni Cheese is ready to serve.
