SCHOOL BOARD HONORS ACHIEVERS – Proud 2nd grade teacher, Ms. Elaine Saffold with Student Achiever, Carlos Tavares, a student at Twin Lake Elementary School. He was the first place winner for all of Hillsborough County Science Fair. He developed an airplane with the furthest flight for Science Olympics.
