Invitation to Bid - Falkenburg PS Flow Diversion - Subcontractors Wanted
PC Construction dba PCEO, Inc. in FL will submit a bid on April 29, 2022 to the Hillsborough County Water Resources Department for the Flow Diversion from Falkenburg AWTP to Valrico AWTP, located in Valrico, FL. This project consists of the construction of a new pump station and pipeline to convey approximately 17 Million Gallons Daily (MGD) of wastewater from an existing 24" FM on Miller Road to the Valrico Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant (AWTP). The County is looking to divert 2-3 MGD of flow from the Falkenburg AWTP through this new pump station to the Valrico AWTP.
Scopes & Services needed: Concrete (formwork, reinforcement, cast in place and precast); Metals (miscellaneous and structural); Protective coatings; Signage; Pre-engineered metal structures; cranes and hoists; Civil site work (including site preparation, erosion control, excavation and backfill materials along with restoration work including pervious and impervious areas affected by the construction activities); Electrical; and process piping. Participation Goals: This project has a 12% Disadvantaged Minority and Disadvantaged Women Business goal (DM/DWBE). Certification with Hillsborough County is preferred; reciprocity agreements are considered. This project also has a 12% Construction Apprenticeship Program (CAP). Subcontractors encouraged to participate in the CAP.
