The interment will be on March 16, 2015, at 11 a. m. at Hillsboro Memo- rial Garden Cemetery, 2323 W. Brandon Blvd., Brandon, FL, 33511.
The wake will be on March 13, 2015, from 5-7 p. m. at Washington Funeral Home, 909 W. Madison St., Plant City, FL, 33563.
Helen was born on Sep- tember 29, 1931, in Plant City, FL, to William Thomas Oxendine and Carrie Lou Gains.
She leaves to cherish her memory: a devoted husband of 40 years, Freddie Lee Pow- ell; loving sister and brother- in-law, Rosetta Worth and husband, Joseph; daughters, Fran Green and Dianna Pow- ell; sons, Cornelius Hobbs, Harold Hobbs, Cary Hobbs, Freddie Lee Powell, Jr., Ed- ward Powell, Terry Powell and Fredrick Powell; grand- children, Aja Green, Ronda Zelezny-Green, Ronald Green, Jr., Tiffany Hobbs, Christopher Hobbs, Kevin Williams and Marcus Hobbs; great grands, Azaria Oxen- dine-Green, Zavier Oxen- dine-Green, Zalia Oxendine-Green, Soria Green and Ronald Green, III; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers- in-law, sisters-in-law, and very good friends.

MS. E. JEAN WALLACE
Ms. E. Jean Wallace, 64, died Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at Tampa General Hospital following a gallant fight with an illness.
She leaves to grieve: two loving daughters, E. Regina Wallace-Walker and Charu Krishna Brazley; a faithful son-in-law, N. Troy Walker; two beautiful grandchildren, Kyle A. Walker and Kelsey A. Walker; and many close friends.
Born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL, she was pre- ceded in death by: her doting parents, Prince and Elma Wallace. She was their only child.
She was a lifelong resident of Palm Beach County before moving to Hillsborough County in 1999.
Ms. Wallace attended and graduated from Roosevelt Senior High School in West Palm Beach, FL, in 1967. After graduation, she re- ceived various training and certifications in the field of banking. She enjoyed a won- derful career in the banking industry for many years be- fore finding her true career passion, working with chil- dren.
Ms. Wallace worked with troubled youth at the 45th Street Mental Health Center in Palm Beach County, where she dedicated her life to help- ing reform young people in need. This was her true pas- sion and she excelled greatly in this position. She touched the lives of many and in- spired everyone, including her co-workers to live mean- ingful lives and to achieve and succeed enormously. This is but a part of the legacy she leaves behind.
In addition, Ms. Wallace was a member of Antioch Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir and served faithfully for many years.
Ms. Wallace had an overall passion of life and for family. A memorial service will be held at Westside Funeral Home, 204 7th St. West, Pal- metto, FL, 34221, on Satur- day, March 14, 2015, at 3 p. m.

MRS. FANNIE MAE THOMAS
A homegoing celebration service honoring the life, love and legacy of our beloved Sister Fannie Mae Thomas, who transitioned from her earthly home on Friday, March 6, 2015, will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2015, at 11 a. m. at Mt. Tabor Missionary Baptist Church, 2606 West Grace Street, Tampa, Dr. T. D. Leonard, pastor, with Elder Robert E. Benn, Sr., eulogist. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, John Lee Ashwood and Mary Francis Davis Ashwood; and sisters, Pearl Thomas and Ella Mae Davis.
She leaves to cherish pre- cious memories with: 2 brothers, Johnny Ashwood (Edwina), Gulfport, MS, and Robert Ashwood, Tampa; beloved nephew and niece, Richard Thomas (Erma), Al- abaster, AL, and Hue Ellen McQuay (Reynaldo), Tampa; special dedicated friend, Ver- lion (Annette) Jordan; and a host of other loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Fannie attended the local schools in Tampa, graduat- ing from Don Thompson Senior High School in 1949. After graduation, she matric- ulated to Florida Memorial College receiving her BS De- gree. Later she received her Master’s Degree from Florida A&M University.
She was an educator in the Hillsborough County School System in Tampa. She was a faithful member of Hope of Shiloh Community Church serving on several min- istries.
Her community and orga- nizational involvement was numerous to name a few, Bay City Temple Elks #158, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority (Nu Up- silon Zeta Chapter), Young At Heart Ministry (St. Luke AME Church), Watthew Min- istries Women at the Well and Naomi Chapter #53. She traveled extensively explor- ing different countries and their cultures.
Her remains will repose on Friday, March 13, 2015, from 5-9 p. m. with the fam- ily will be present from 7-8 p. m. at Wilson Funeral Home. The ceremonial rites from the Elks and the Zeta Soror- ity will also be held at that time.

Deaconess Margaret Walker of Tampa, quietly transitioned to be with the Lord on Wednesday March 9, 2015, at her home, under Hospice care – Ruby Team.
Funeral services will be held Saturday March 14, 2015,at11a.m.atSt. Matthew M. B. Church, 3708 E. Lake Avenue, Tampa, Rev- erend W. D. Sims, pastor, of- ficiating, with Rev. David G. Walker, eulogist. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Me- morial Park Cemetery.
Sister Walker was born in Tampa, on January 20, 1927, the 3rd of 7 children born to Deacon Lawson Johnson and Deaconess Sarah Johnson.
Sister Walker was loved and respected by all – the ev- idence is shown through the many who called her mama, grandma and auntie.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Deacon Law- son and Sarah Johnson; sis- ter, Bessie Mae Reed; brothers, Leroy Johnson and Charles Eddie Johnson; sons, Elder Robert Douglas, Sr. and Jackie Douglas; son- in-law, Deacon Rowe Taylor, Jr.; and granddaughter, Karen Tay- lor Williams.
She leaves to cherish fond memories of her with: a lov- ing devoted husband of 64 years, Deacon David W. Walker; caring and support- ive children, Deaconess Car- olyn Taylor of Tampa, Revered David G. Walker
