AIKENS
MR. DONALD K. DORSEY
A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Donald K. Dorsey of Tampa who passed away Friday, Janu- ary 25, 2019, will be held on Sat- urday, February 2nd, 10 a. m. at First Baptist Church of Progress Village, 8722 Progress Blvd., Dr. Samuel Maxwell, Sr., pastor; Ex- ecutive Pastor Todd Hammond, eulogist. The interment will be in Serenity Meadows Cemetery, Riverview, Florida.
Donald was born December 24, 1965 in Avon Park, Florida. Donald, affectionately known as “Papa Duck,” was an expert car- penter and wood-working crafts- man, avid fishermen, skilled gardener and meticulous greens keeper. He also enjoyed NASCAR races, watching sports of all kinds and outdoor cooking. He served his country proudly for over six years as a member of the U. S. Air Force.
He was preceded death by: his parents, Henry and Emily Dorsey.
He leaves to cherish his memories: a loving wife, Earlene Kilpatrick-Dorsey; children, Leon Bartel Kilpatrick, Sharon Denise Goudeau, Geraldine Anita Griffin, Gerald Jesse Kil- patrick, Jr., Timothy Bernard Kilpatrick, Sr. and Garfield Lamar Kilpatrick; brothers, Emile Miller, Sr. (Annette) of White Castle, LA., Daniel R. Dorsey of Avon Park, FL., Ed- ward J. Dorsey of Avon Park, FL and Randy D. Dorsey of Riverview, FL; sisters, Linda Dorsey-Woods (Willie, Jr.) of Tallahassee, FL and Sandra Dorsey, M. D., of Riverview, FL; aunts, Leona Jones and Alma White of Donaldsonville, LA; other relatives and special friends; a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The visitation will be held Friday, February 1st, at First Bap- tist Church of Progress Village from 5-7 p. m. The family will re- ceive friends during the visita- tion.
The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.

MRS. MARY ALICE HUSE HUMPHREY
A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Mary Alice Huse Humphrey of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019, will be held Saturday, Feb- ruary 2nd, 2 p. m. at Aikens Fu- neral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Rev. Michael Neely, officiating. The in- terment will be held in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mary Alice Huse Humphrey was born September 8, 1956 in Tampa, to the late Edward and Ethel Huse. She answered the call of her Heavenly Father with her family by her side.
Mary attended the local schools of Hillsborough County. Later, she met the love of her life, Thornton Lee Humphrey. They were married on July 25, 1975. To the joyous union, their one and only beloved daughter, Kaila, was born.
Mary professed her belief in Jesus Christ over 40 years ago.
Mary fought a good fight, for over 20 years she battled with End Stage Renal Disease. She dia- lyzed 3 times a week, four hours each treatment. Thornton never left her side; he was not only her husband, he was her caregiver. He cooked, cleaned, bathe her when she could not bathe herself, he attended every doctor’s ap- pointment; he was truly her rock!
She was preceded in death by: her parents and brother, Eddie Huse.
She leaves to cherish her fond, precious and loving memo- ries with: her devoted husband, Thornton Lee Humphrey; beloved daughter, Kaila Chanelle Humphrey; devoted cousin/care- giver, Elaine Jackson (Robert); cousins, Mary Still (Albert) of Tal- lahassee, Florida, Annie Lynn of Tallahassee, Florida, Jean Gant (Isaac), Charles Clark (Geneva), Mary Adelotte (Joseph) and Wanda Newson (Freddie); sister- in-law, Diane Smith; a host of other sorrowful relatives, loyal friends, Samantha Heflin, Stokes, Cambridge and Ratliff families; and dedicated employees of Fre- senius Dialysis Clinic.
The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, February 1st from 5 to 7 p. m.
The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service.

worked in many capacities in her service to God: Women’s Mission President, Youth Min- istries Coordinator, Church Clerk, V. B. S. Coordinator, Sunday School Teacher, and choir member. She began her work with the International Baptist Association of Minis- ters Wives and Widows, while married to the late Rev. Dr. Paul Robinson.
Songy was preceded in death by: her husband, Rev. Dr. Paul Robinson, Sr., mother, Pearlene Green-Ben- ton, father, Herman Green, Sr., brother, Herman Green, Jr.; mother-in-law, Annie Mae Banks; and aunt, Annie Mae Shaw.
She leaves to cherish her memories: children, Dantre- cia Robinson of Tampa, Minis- ter Paul Robinson, Jr., (Brandi) of Tampa; and god- daughter, Marissa Holloman of Tallahassee, FL; grand- daughter, Jaelynn LaShawn Robinson, of Tampa; grand- son, Jaeden Isaiah Robinson of Tampa; brothers, Danny E. Green, Sr., (Eva) of Arkansas, Andre Green (Sandra) of Tampa; step-father, Alfonso Benton; aunts, Margaret Jones, Vena Hammond and Gloria Bert, all of Tampa and Ruby Jordan of Georgia; uncle, Ernest Brown of Jack- sonville, FL, special nieces, Danielle Williams, Andrea Green and Jasmine McLeod, all of Tampa; special nephews, Achilles Green, Danny Green, Jr., Davon Green and Jordan Green, all of Tampa; and a host of other nieces and nephews; brother-in-law, Rev. The visitation will be held at New Birth M. B., Church, 4618 N. Florida Ave., Friday, February 1st from 5-7 p. m. The family will receive friends dur- ing the visitation.

A Homegoing Visitation for Mr. Roosevelt Cecil “Pop” Glenn of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Saturday, Jan- uary 19, 2019, will be held Fri- day, February 1st, 5 to 7 p. m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.
Roosevelt Cecil Glenn was born March 13, 1944 in Tampa, Florida. He attended the local schools of Hillsbor- ough County.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories with: his son, Justin Glenn; his sisters, Gilda McKinley (James) and Linda Copeland; brothers, Michael Glenn, Robin Glenn, Kendall Glenn (Rebecca) and Wendell Glenn; a host of other relatives and friends that will miss him.

MRS. SONGY ROBINSON
A Homegoing Celebration Service for Mrs. Songy Robin- son of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Tuesday, Janu- ary 22, 2019, will be held Satur- day, February 2nd, 11 a. m. at St. John Progressive M. B. Church, 2504 E. Chipco St., Rev. Bartholomew Banks, pas- tor; Rev. Timothy Cohen, pas- tor of New Birth M. B. Church, officiant and eulogist. The in- terment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Songy was born on January 16, 1963 to the late Pearlene Green-Benton and Herman Green, Sr. in Tampa, FL. Songy attended Brandon High School in 1980, and attended Texas Southern University and re- ceived a track and field schol- arship.
In 1984, she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exceptional Education from Bethune-Cookman College in Daytona Beach, FL. She later received her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership with specialization in ESE Services, from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She was also an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., the Na- tional Educators Association and B-CU Alumni Association.
Songy, was an outstanding teacher for Hillsborough County School System for over 30 years. She started her ca- reer as an Educator at B. C. Graham Elementary School and remained the, Exceptional Education Coordinator and Reading Teacher until her passing. She was honored as Teacher of the Year and recipi- ent of the Ida B. Wells Award, numerous times by B. C. Gra- ham.
She was a faithful woman of God who worked diligently to bring everyone to Christ. She
