 Notice of Public Hearing
A public hearing will be held by the Land Use Hearing Officer, pursuant to Hillsborough County Ordinance 92-05, beginning at 1:30 p.m., July 16, 2018 at the Board Room, 2nd floor of the County Center, 601 E. Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, to hear the following requests.
Copies of the applications, department reports and legal descriptions are available for public inspection in a master file maintained by the Development Services Department, the Board of County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners. All interested persons wishing to submit testimony or other evidence in this matter must submit same to the Hearing Master at the public hearing before him/her. The recommendation of the Zoning Hearing Master will be filed with the Clerk within fifteen (15) working days after the conclusion of the public hearing.
The review of the Zoning Hearing Master's recommendation by the Board of County Commissioners of Hillsborough County shall be restricted to the record as defined in Hillsborough County Ordinance 92-05, unless additional evidence and/or oral argument is permitted pursuant to the terms of the ordinance.
ANY PERSON WHO MIGHT WISH TO APPEAL ANY DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION MADE BY THE ZONING HEARING MASTER OR THE GOVERNING BODY REGARDING ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT THE FORTHCOMING PUBLIC HEARING OR MEETING IS HEREBY ADVISED THAT THEY WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE, THEY MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEED- ING IS MADE AS IT WILL INCLUDE THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH SUCH APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.

Notice of Action pending to discharge a mortgage of record pursuant to Article 15 of the RPAPL to discharge the mortgage on the premises located at 1580 Montauk Highway, Mastic, New York 11950. The premises is also known as District 200, Section 824, Block 9 and Lot 14.
The new owners of the premises acquired it by deed from James Lanni and Elizabeth Lanni and the mortgage on the premises was previously executed and delivered to Ruth Wegner (deceased), dated February 28, 1986, and recorded March 4, 1986 in Suffolk County, State of New York. Angelika Alstead was an heir of Ruth Wegner and Gabriella Alstead is an heir of Angelika Alstead.
The relief sought is as follows (which may be granted in the event of a default):
1. Gabriella Alstead and all others be barred from any claim to an estate or interest in the above premises;
2. That the Plaintiffs, Benedict Sfoglia and Eric Sfoglia, be vested with title free and clear of the claimed mortgage; and
3. That the Clerk of Suffolk County be directed to cancel and discharge the mortgage of record.
