Cancer (June 21-July 22):
The Sun and Moon meet once a year in each sign, and this week, your sign is it! Tuesday was ground zero, representing a new annual cycle, fresh begin- nings, and fertile ground to set your intentions for the next six to twelve months. Look back over the last year, take stock of where you are now, and let go of what you don't want to bring with you for another year. Light a candle, and create a simple ritual of letting go and cutting emotional cords. Focus your in- tentions, aka planning around your direction, vitality, what's important to you, how you wish to be perceived, and even your look.
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22):
Leo, it's always your moment to shine, and this week is no dif- ferent. However, you must recharge so your light is bright throughout the year, so take it easy and soak up some sun. Turn on your inner light and look around; what information are you picking up? Be pre- pared to monologue into your phone on waking to catch the symbols and meaning from your subconscious. Set your in- tentions around this private inner sanctum, how you want to honor it, tap in and develop your relationship with it.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22):
Your social life may be at odds with your private life, so this is your chance to investigate ways to create space for both. While you have commitments to friends, peers, or a group, your area of growth and opportunity is through bringing a pioneer- ing spirit to working with or managing others' resources. Be sure to give yourself plenty of
rein for that to happen while also nurturing the social side and connectedness. Emotional openness and leadership can be at cross purposes, but not if you handle it well. Set your inten- tions on the balance as well as the kind of social connections you wish to nurture over the next year.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22):
A new moon in your career and public image zone is the perfect opportunity to set your inten- tions for growth. Think about how your career can nurture you and bring you emotional connection, security, and a fam- ily feel. Perhaps you are a men- tor to some or could do with someone more experienced to take you under their wing. Whatever it is, it may pose a lit- tle challenge for you to push through a comfort zone and lean into taking an uncondi- tional and more personal ap- proach.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): Expanding your under- standing and horizons through your emotional connections and emotional life is a way of nurturing yourself. If you're in higher ed, yes, a nurturing con- nection with your teacher, fel- low students, and engagement is essential. The student body needs to feel somewhat like family and home. The same goes for travel, which may have a foody focus or regular beach pit stops.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): This week's new moon is decidedly sexy as it calls on you to set your intentions on all things intimacy, merging re- sources, and accepting those of others. You'll have to find a mid-point between the fun of playing the field and the secu- rity of a particular commit- ment. It could be a pastime, a talent that takes time away from cuddles on the couch; how can you have both? Set your in- tentions on what you want to attract, explore or develop with your partner if you're commit- ted. If uncertain, put your hand on your belly and ask for direc- tion. You'll feel it from within.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): Double down on partner- ships, both boo, and bestie, by setting your intentions on all things one to one. Tuesday's new moon in your relationship zone is the perfect opportunity to tap into your wants and needs, the reality, and the vi- sion! What is best to let go of? Well, cut that cord, commit to waving it or them goodbye. What are you bringing with you for another turn around the Sun? And what are you ready to commit to being, creating, doing, doing more of, or calling in? This isn't a time for being
sensible; it's about visualizing as the best way to tune and lis- ten to your needs.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): A new cycle in your zone of work, health, and routines began on Tuesday, so define what style of self-care suits you best and set some goals around that. In particular, commit to fostering caring and nurturing relationships through your job and your own emotional life. In terms of self-care, feel your feel- ings, and be sure the water ele- ment is represented in your day-to-day. It's summer, so pool, lake, river, or ocean side will get you connected.
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20): This week a new moon in your creativity and romance sector is the perfect excuse to dive into something or all things that bring you maximum joy. This is a super supportive flow to your sign, so make the most of it by setting your inten- tions in this area. It also covers children, your inner child, hob- bies, dating, and talents, so list off your heart's desires and don't hold back. Leave it to your subconscious to connect where you are now to where your de- sire leads you. And back it up with some concrete plans you can initiate in the meantime.
Aries (March 21-April 19): Go hard AND go home as this week's new moon sets up a tense dynamic between your options for growth and oppor- tunity vs. domestic bliss. While you may be the original one- person band, even you need to tuck yourself up and have a solid sleep, a good meal, and a hug between slaying new chal- lenges. Commit to realizing the value of creating solid emo- tional and physical founda- tions.
Taurus (April 20-May 20): There's something you share with the sign of Cancer, which is the solar season we're currently enjoying, and that's a great love of food. Although you're more of a gourmet and Cancer vibes are about nostal- gia and comfort, there are plenty of intersections. So this week, your sign is supported by reaching out, making contact, showing up, and being seen. Your local environment offers the opportunity to develop in- roads and relationships, so set your intentions around what that might mean for you. Just be sure to get the rest you need, and give yourself time to reflect and digest.
Gemini (May 21-June 20): A focus on values, prop- erty, and money continues with Tuesday's new moon. Reassess your values around relation- ships, grounding down into what is truly essential. And, of course, the cold hard assets that are important for a feeling of se- curity and safety, as well as in- dependence. Assess your 'room of one's own'. Is your financial footing secure enough to draw your line in the sand and stand your ground in relationships and with peers? Cleave to your values, and don't over-extend.
