A Tampa man is recover- ing at a local hospital after being shot several times. The shooting was the culmination of an ongoing dispute with another man.
According to Tampa Po- lice, 34-year-old Jeno Fa- vors was at the Slice Pizza, 5825 S. Dale Mabry, late Fri- day night when he crossed paths with 36-year-old Robert Lee Bouie, of Tem- ple Terrace. Police said there was an ongoing dispute be- tween the two men.
While in the parking lot of the business, Bouie is al- leged to have fired several shots at Favors, striking him numerous times. Bouie then fled the scene in a black Ford F-150.
Favors was transported to a local hospital, where he was admitted. Police said Fa- vors is listed in stable condi- tion and is expected to recover from his injuries.

A federal judge sentenced four Tampa men to prison in connection with a credit card scam Monday. The men were each sentenced to more than 5 years in prison.
U. S. District Judge Steven D. Merryday sentenced Brandon Lewis, 22, Ter- rance Cobb, 22, Dontae Williams, 24, and Davon Smith, 21, on charges of con- spiracy to commit credit card fraud, credit card fraud, and identity theft. They were also ordered to pay $113,490.54 in restitution.
Lewis and Williams were ordered to forfeit money equal to the value of automobiles they purchased with the proceeds from the offenses.
Lewis and Cobb were each sentenced to 5 years and 1 month; Williams was sentenced to 5 years and 10 months; and Smith was sentenced to 5 years and 5 months in prison.
On April 28, 2017, Lewis and Williams pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit access
device (credit card) fraud and aggravated identity theft. Cobb and Smith pleaded guilty to ac- cess device (credit card) fraud and aggravated identity theft.
According to court docu- ments and statements made in court, Lewis, Cobb, Smith, and Williams, along with oth- ers affiliated with the “Manche Boy Mafia” or “MBM” organiza- tion, conspired to commit credit card fraud and identity theft in the Tampa Bay area. The incident began in January 2015 and ended in November 2016.
Investigators with the Fed- eral Bureau of Investigations and the detectives with the Tampa Police Department learned that the men had pur- chased stolen credit and debit card account numbers online from various websites, includ- ing some that used bitcoins as their currency.
After scratching off or dam- aging the magnetic strips on the back of the cards, an embosser was used to place their names
on the front of the altered cards. In some cases, they used a label maker to place the Card Verification Value (CVV) secu- rity code on the back of the cards. The cards were then used at various businesses around the Tampa Bay area, officials said.
When the cards were used and the magnetic strips could not be used, the suspects would instruct the clerks to manually enter the account information on the front of the cards to make the purchase. Officials said they typically purchased gift cards and electronics, which they kept or sold for cash.
Investigating agents said the men had successfully used the scheme hundreds of times. They also had thousands of stolen account numbers from people throughout the country in their possession.
In total, the men are report- edly responsible for more than $600,000 in intended or at- tempted purchases.
