At Ei Electronics, sustainability is not just a strategic priority—it is a core part of who
we are. As a Company rooted in social and community responsibility, we recognise
the urgent need to address climate change, reduce environmental impact, and
contribute meaningfully to the communities we serve.
Over the past year, we have made significant progress toward reducing our carbon
footprint, driving responsible sourcing throughout our supply chain, eliminating
waste, and upgrading our facilities to be more environmentally friendly.
These milestones are the result of a collective effort—driven by our dedicated
teams at home and abroad and our commitment to continuous improvement
throughout the Group. As a Company with a presence in the region for over 40
years, we will continue to maintain this commitment to all of our stakeholders, in
particular to our employees and the communities we serve.

A Note From Our Chairman and Founder
CEO Message
I took over as CEO of Ei Electronics in April 2025, and as we present our 2025 Sustainability
Report, I am pleased to reflect on what the Company has achieved to date and its future
direction. This Report builds on the existing 5 Sustainability Pillars, which were adopted by
all of our Group Companies in 2o21. As such, this document reflects our collective journey
as a Group, and I would hope acts as a source of inspiration for all of our employees, both in
Ireland and globally.
Sustainability at Ei Electronics extends beyond environmental metrics. It encompasses how
we treat our people, how we design and manufacture our products, how we engage with
our suppliers, and how we support our communities. We are proud to have earned a Silver
EcoVadis rating in 2025, placing us among the top 15% of companies globally for
sustainability performance.
Looking ahead, we remain focused on innovation, transparency, accountability and
collaboration. I am looking forward to driving positive change within Ei and building a
sustainable future for generations to come.
