Use of Cookhouse, Outdoor area, BBQ, Yard for up to 5 hours, Kitchen,
Cooking Equipment, Glassware, Serveware, Flatware, Fire Pit, Bar,
Indoor & Outdoor Furnishings, Tables & Chairs.
Use one of our preferred Chefs . Enjoy complimentary corkage
Add $2.00 per person for the use of any of our varied Bone China
Cleaning Fee $40/hr, 4hr min . Clean as much or little as preferred
The above pricing does not include any chef or catering services, it is only for the
event space and grounds, we are happy to provide our preferred list of chefs that
will have their own separate rates. For safety and peace of mind, we require all
groups to arrive and depart via chartered transportation. Please contact us if you
need assistance in securing the proper transportation. Due to county regulations
amplified music is not permitted at the property; however, music can and must
only be played indoors, with doors and windows closed. Acoustic ensembles are
welcomed minus any drums. Music and noise levels must be kept at a low volume
that does not disturb nearby residents or violate county noise regulations.
