is located in Philadelphia and has been in business since 2002. As a studio owner and instructor I have worked with literally thousands of wedding couples over the years. If I could give you one piece of advice, it would be to come in and take lessons long before your wedding; 6 months at a MINIMUM, EVEN if you think you won’t need them. I get calls every day from couples that realize last minute that they now want some lessons and it is too late.
Learning to dance together to the point where you look and feel natural takes time... so give yourselves some time... and make it a date night for each of your lessons.
By learning to dance, you will be acquiring a new lifetime skill that you will use together for the rest of your lives. While taking lessons, you will meet other couples who are getting married and you will learn to dance together at a fun leisurely pace. As you get closer to your wedding day, time becomes a commodity and finding time to take lessons and practice can be difficult. So get started as early as possible!
