MDF STILES, RAILS & PANELS
All parts of the door (stiles, rails, and panels) are made with super-refined MDF material (no particle board). We glue two MDF boards together for greater rigidity.
• More stable and affordable than natural wood.
• No shrinking panels.
• Reduced sound transmission.
POPLAR HINGE EDGE

Our doors are equipped with a hinge edge system made of poplar.
• Stronger than MDF.
• Superior rigidity and screw-holding power.
• 8’ doors have poplar reinforcement on both side to avoid
warping.
PRIMED & FACTORY PRE-HANGED
We manufacture our pre-hung units to order and can provide you with jambs in any width, for all door sizes.
Our doors are primed white and paint-ready.
