Heavenly King, the Comforter, the Spirit of Truth, Who are everywhere and fill all things. Treasury of blessings, and Giver of life: come and abide in us, and cleanse us from every impurity, and save our souls,
O Good One. (once)

Deacon: Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will towards men. (two times)
Deacon: Lord, open my lips, and my mouth shall show forth Your praise. (once)
The Priest venerates the holy Gospel; and the Deacon the Holy Table. The Deacon bows his head to the Priest and says:
It is time to act for the Lord. Master, bless. The Priest blesses him, saying:
Blessed is our God always, now and forever, and to the ages of ages.
Amen.
Pray for me, Master.
May the Lord direct your steps. Remember me, holy Master.
May the Lord God remember you in His Kingdom always, now and forever,
and to the ages of ages.
Deacon: Amen.
The Deacon leaves the sanctuary. He goes before the Holy Doors,
and bowing three times, says silently:
Lord, open my lips, and my mouth shall show forth Your praise.
And they begin the Liturgy.
