They scraped off the barnacles, cleaned off the weed, Smeared planking with tar at super fast speed. Taking two days then the ship is tip top,
One day for each side, back on board they all hopped.
Whilst the crew were working and doing their chores, slinky rats left the ship to head off and explore. The rats who were greedy found food to get fat, And the native bird eggs made a scrumdiddly snack.
