Known as Zenex padlock, the ZENEXTM 410 series lockout padlocks are ideal for lockout applications.

PADLOCK MAINTENANCE
Dust and chemicals can damage your padlocks causing friction when opening and closing the lock creating the locking mechanism to fail.
Cleaning and lubrication can prolong the life of your padlock. Cleaning your padlocks once a year is recommended, but in high dust and harsh environments we advise a quarterly clean.
We recommend you firstly clean and wipe the padlock and use pressurised air to remove dust from key hole and joints. WD-40TM or Brake Cleaner can be used to remove grease and stubborn dirt. A “DRY” greaseless lubricant to the keyhole and shackle can extend the lifetime of your padlock.

▪ 7mm diameter shackle is 51mm long and made of stainless steel, offering extra resistance to cutting and sawing, also resists corrosion
When it comes to maintenance of your padlock a light application of R2300D with insertion and removal of the key several times to distribute the lubricant evenly is all that is needed.
Oil attracts dust and we recommend NEVER to use oil, dry graphite or silicone based products. These chemicals can react and cause the locking mechanism to fail. For best results we recommend only to use “DRY” lubricants on your padlocks.
