Our rotary and switch covers are ideal to prevent inadvertent operation of rotary /push button switches:
▪ Strong ABS body with a clear appearance
▪ Adaptable collar fits bases 22 and 30mm diameter
▪ “Mushroom” emergency stop buttons can be locked out

Base stays permanently attached to the panel. The cover is removable and can be stored when not in use. Supplied as 1 cover and 1 base.

Pack of 12 extra bases for use with S2151 only.
Model S2153
Base and cover stays permanently attached to the panel. The cover is hinged so it can be flipped open to expose the button/switch when no lockout is needed.

Designed to fit over push button switches to give a robust solution to prevent accidental operation. The device can remain attached and ready for use when needed without the risk of mechanical damage when not in operation.
The device fits over a 30mm (11/16”) diameter button and is secured with either supplied high impact self-adhesive tape or small screws.
When closed it is secured by a padlock shackle up to 10mm (3/8”) diameter.

This Mobile Plant Isolation was designed to fit many different types of machines, simply attach over the key hole and bolt on. Please insure the key slot is no bigger than 28mm diameter and protrudes no more than 34mm. The mobile plant isolator can be rotated to accommodate different areas as required.
