Kenmore Homes is a strong believer in giving back to the community, and contributes to numerous Niagara-based charities including Habitat for Humanity Niagara.
Habitat Niagara builds affordable houses and provides no-down payment, interest-free mortgages to qualifying families. Habitat provides a hand up not a hand out. Established locally in 1993, Habitat Niagara will be constructing its 62nd home in Niagara by the end of this year.
For every Terravita home purchased, Kenmore Homes is proudly donating $1,000 to Habitat For Humanity Niagara. “Kenmore Homes has really stepped up and set a precedent among Niagara home builders,” said Mark Carl, CEO of Habitat Niagara. “As a third generation family business and community builder, Kenmore Homes recognizes the importance that owning a home has on a family.
