Kenmore Homes partners with industry greats to continuously push the luxury new home development boundaries. Michael Allen of ACK Architects is the award-winning LEED accredited architect behind the Terravita development, sought out for his renowned expertise. Terravita’s architectural style will be instantly recognizable for its truly differentiating touches. The architecture and design is respectful of its setting through its traditional details and materials – but is also a re ection of the modern vision of Kenmore and the design team. Kenmore Homes has also collaborated with local engineering and planning rm Upper Canada Consultants.
“When designing the homes at Terravita, the goal was to create a distinctive and timeless architectural style that combined luxurious elements with a stylish, modern interpretation,” says Interior/Exterior Designer John Kazmir.
