- จัด้ที่ําาแผู้นแม่บิที่เพิ่้อพิ่ัฒนาการจัด้การข้อม้ลที่างอากาศ แบิบิคัรบิวงจรสำําาหรบิั ปีระเที่ศไที่ย (SWIM Master Plan) โด้ยเริมด้ําาเนินการในปีี 2023 และในปีี 2024 อย้่ใน กระบิวนการสำมั มนา กลมุ่ เปีา้ หมาย (Focus Group) (เปีา้ หมาย เสำรจ็ สำินในเด้้อนพิ่ฤษภาคัม 2025)
- จด้ั ที่ําาแผู้นสำําาหรบิั แผู้น National Aeronautical Information Service Road Map โด้ยในปีี 2024 อย้่ระหว่างการจัด้ที่ําา แผู้นและได้้รบิั การอนุมัตัิจากผู้้้อําานวยการ (เปี้าหมายเสำรจ็ สำิน ในเด้้อนพิ่ฤศจิกายน 2024)
การประเมิินความิเส่ียง :
- คัวามล่าช่า้ ในกระบิวนการด้ําาเนินงานของ AIS และไม่สำามารถึ บิรรลุเปี้าหมาย (ระด้ับิคัวามเสำ่ยง = 9, คัวามเสำ่ยงสำ้ง)
- การด้ําาเนินการ : สำ่งพิ่นักงานเข้ารับิการฝ่ึกอบิรมเก่ยวกับิ WAC Chart และ Cartography
การสุ่่มิติรวจำส่อบ (Sampling) :
- ตัรวจสำอบิคั่้ม้อการปีฏิิบิัตัิงานของฝ่่ายบิรหิ ารข่าวสำารการบิิน (Operation Manual)
- ตัรวจสำอบิคัม่้ อ้ กระบิวนการให้บิรกิ ารขอ้ มล้ ก่อนและหลงั เที่ย่ วบินิ (Pre and Post Flight Services)
- ตัรวจสำอบิผู้ลิตัภัณ์ฑิ์ AIP, eAIP, AIP Supplementation, AIC, NOTAM, และ Chart
- ตัรวจสำอบิข้อม้ลนําาเข้าจากแตั่ละหน่วยงานที่่เก่ยวข้อง รวมถึึงการตัรวจสำอบิคัวามถึ้กตั้องของข้อม้ลและช่้อผู้้้ที่่ ได้้รบิั อนุญาตัให้แกไข AIP (AIP Authorized Person: AAP) โด้ยพิ่บิว่าม่การบิันที่ึกการอนุมัตัิโด้ยหัวหน้ากองข้อม้ล ข่าวสำารการบิิน (AI Head)
Process Efficiency:
- Initiate System Wide Information Management (SWIM Master Plan) for Thailand. The project commenced in 2023, with focus group activities conducted in 2024, and project is expected to be completed by May 2025.
- Initiate National Aeronautical Information Service Road Map. The plan was approved by Director General in 2024 and is scheduled for completion in November 2024.
Risk Assessment:
- Delay in AIS processes and inability to meet objectives (Risk level = 9, High risk)
- Process: Assigned personnel to attend training about WAC Chart and Cartography
Sampling:
- Verified the AIS Operation Manual
- Verified the Pre and Post Flight Services Manual
- Verified the AIP, eAIP, AIP Supplementation, AIC,
NOTAM, and charts
- Verified data inputs from relevant departments and
verify accuracy of information and AIP Authorized Person (AAP). Approval is done by AI Head and documented.
- Verified CMS by randomly checking NOTAM: C4217/24
- Verified Enroute Chart Checklist of for AIRAC cycle 09/24
