(e-Registration for Trade Associations and Chambers
of Commerce) หรือระบบ eTACC เพือยกระดับการ
จดทะเบียนสมาคมการค้าและหอการค้าเข้าส่ยุคดิจิทัล
กรมเป็นหนวยงานทีมีภารก้ิจหลักสำคัญ
ด้านการจดทะเบียนนิติิบุคคล ได้แก้ ห้างหุ้นสวน บริษัทจำก้ัด
บริษัทมหาชนจำก้ัด สมาคมการค้าและหอการค้า
โดยได้มีการพัฒนาคุณภาพและประสิทธุิภาพของการ
จดทะเบียนนิติิบุคคลมาอยางติอเนือง โดยการนำ
เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาประยุก้ติ์ใช้้เพือให้การบริการ
จดทะเบียนนิติิบุคคลของไทยมีมาตรฐานเทียบเทาสากล

The Department of Business Development
(DBD) is actively advancing the development of the
Electronic Registration System for Trade Associations
and Chambers of Commerce, or the eTACC system.
This initiative aims to elevate the registration of trade
associations and chambers of commerce into the
digital era.
The DBD holds a crucial core mission in
registering juristic persons, i.e. partnerships,
limited companies, public limited companies, trade
associations, and chambers of commerce. The
DBD has consistently enhanced the quality and
efficiency of juristic person registration by applying
