ณ เดือนก้ันยายน 2568 กรมได้ให้สิทธุิเช้ือมโยง
ข้อม่ลก้ับหนวยงานภาครัฐแล้วทังสิน 177 หนวยงาน
และภาคเอก้ช้น 21 หนวยงาน มียอดการเรียกใช้้ข้อม่ล
สะสมจากหนวยงานรัฐมาก้ถ้้ง 180,367,668 ครัง และ
จากภาคเอก้ช้น 452,799 ครัง ติัวเลขดังก้ลาวสะท้อน
ให้เห็นถ้้งประโยช้น์เช้ิงเศรษฐก้ิจ ประสิทธุิภาพการทำงาน
และความเช้ือมันในระบบ BDEX ทีช้วยลดขันตอน
และเพิมความรวดเร็วในการเข้าถ้้งข้อม่ลได้ทันที
Trade of Thailand, announced a partnership with
10 government agencies on April 23, 2024. This
initiative aims to tangibly implement the order to cease
requesting juristic person documents from the public
and to support data sharing among government
agencies. This will lead to faster and more transparent
service delivery, all the while reducing the burden
on citizens and business operators. Subsequently,
on December 16, 2024, the DBD expanded this
collaboration to include an additional 12 agencies,
totaling 22 agencies. This integrated collaboration
is projected to save over THB 7.1 billion per year in
overall costs, including savings on time, paperwork,
and lost opportunity costs.

Soaring Usage Reflects National Digital
System Potential
As of September 2025, the DBD granted
data linkage rights to a total of 177 government
agencies and 21 private sector entities. Cumulative
data requests from government agencies have
surged to 180,367,668 times, and from the private
sector to 452,799 times. These figures clearly reflect
the economic benefits, operational efficiency, and
confidence in the BDEX system, which streamlines
processes and provides instant access to information.
The DBD remains committed to relentlessly
improving its juristic person data linkage services
provided through the BDEX system. This unwavering
dedication aims to enhance juristic person data
linkage to be more comprehensive and abreast
of new technologies, while simultaneously driving
Thailand towards becoming a fully digital government
in a sustainable manner.
