ปี 2568 กรมได้เดินหน้าพัฒนาศัักยภาพ
ผู้่้ประกอบการไทย ภายใติ้แนวคิด “เติิบโตอยู่่างมั่่นคง
ก้าวทัันโลกดิจิทััล” โดยดำเนินโครงการหลากหลาย
ทีครอบคลุมทัง การยกระดับองค์ความร่้ธุุรก้ิจ และการสร้าง
ศัักยภาพเช้ิงล้ก้ส่ความเป็นมืออาช้ีพ ซึ่่งครอบคลุม
ผู้่้ประกอบการก้วา 1,261 ราย และสร้างม่ลคาทางการค้า
ก้วา 121 ล้านบาท ดังนี
1. เสริิมสริ้างทัักษะและองค์์ความริ้ธุุริกิจ
ปันธุุรก้ิจร้านอาหาร และผู้ลัก้ดันการนำเครืองมือ
ดิจิทัลมาใช้้บริหารจัดการ เพือสร้างยอดขายให้เติิบโต
พร้อมติอยอดเครือขายธุุรก้ิจร้านอาหารให้เข้มแข็ง จำนวน
790 ราย ทัวประเทศ ผู้านหลัก้ส่ติร Smart Restaurant
Plus และ Restaurant Synergy รวมทังผู้น้ก้ก้ำลัง
รวมก้ับ สภาหอการค้าแหงประเทศไทย มหาวิทยาลัย
หอการค้าไทย และตลาดหลักทรัพย์แหงประเทศไทย
ปันหลัก้ส่ติร Family Business Thailand เสริมศัักยภาพ
ผู้่้ประกอบการครอบครัวก้วา 400 ธุุรก้ิจ ให้เข้าใจ
การบริหารจัดการธุุรก้ิจครอบครัวอยางเป็นระบบ
เปิดใจนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาใช้้ในการบริหารธุุรก้ิจ
ให้พร้อมสืบทอดก้ิจการจาก รุนส่รุนได้อยางเข้มแข็ง
และยังยืน
2. เพิ่่มศัักยภาพเชิิงลึกปั้้นผู้้้ปั้ริะกอบการ
ดิิจิทััลส้มืออาชิีพ ผู้านหลัก้ส่ติรนััก้ธุุรก้ิจมืออาช้ีพ
(Smart Professional Entrepreneur : SPE) ทีเน้น
การสร้างผู้่้ประกอบการยุคใหมในทุก้มิติิของการทำธุุรก้ิจ
และหลัก้ส่ติรนัก้ก้ารตลาดเช้ิงสร้างสรรค์ (Advance
Creative Marketeer : DBD-ACM) ทีมุงสร้างโอกาสและ
ความเป็นผู้่้นำด้านการตลาดดิจิทัล มาอยางติอเนือง
ติังแติปี 2557 จนถ้้งปัจจุบัน ได้สร้างผู้่้ประกอบธุุรก้ิจ
challenges of digital transformation. However,
businesses that have effectively adopted technology
have consistently achieved average revenue growth
of 15 - 25% per year. This clearly demonstrates
that “digital” is not just a tool; it is a fundamental
condition for sustained relevance and success in the
contemporary business landscape.
The Department of Business Development
and its Mission to Empower Thai Businesses
In 2025, the Department of Business
Development (DBD) has steadfastly advanced its
efforts to improve the capabilities of Thai business
operators, guided by the core concept of “Growing
Sustainably, Keeping Pace with the Digital World.”
The DBD implemented a diverse portfolio of projects
that encompass both the enhancement of business
knowledge and the cultivation of in-depth professional
capabilities. These comprehensive endeavors
successfully engaged over 1,261 business operators
and generated more than THB 121 million in trade
value, articulated as follows:
1. Strengthening business skills and
knowledge. The DBD has fostered the growth of
restaurant businesses and actively promoted the
adoption of digital tools for effective management
to drive substantial sales growth. Furthermore,
