ปรับคาร์บอนก่อนข้ามพรมแดน” โดยจะเรียกเก้็บ
คาธรรมเนียมจากผู้่้นำเข้าสินค้าประเภททีมีการปลอย
คาร์บอนในกระบวนการผู้ลิติส่ง (carbon intensive
products) ซึ่่งมีผลบังคับใช้้แล้วติังแติวันที 1 ติุลาคม
2566 โดยจะบังคับใช้้แบบเติ็มร่ปแบบในปี 2569 ซึ่่ง
จะสงผลให้ราคาสินค้าเพิมส่งข้น อันจะสงผลกระทบ

“Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism” (CBAM).
This measure imposes fees on importers of carbon-
intensive products. CBAM officially came into force
on October 1, 2023, with full enforcement slated for
2026. This will inevitably lead to increased product
prices, directly affecting Thai SME that are regularly
trading with the EU countries. For Thailand, a
significant commitment was announced at the 26th
Conference of the Parties to the United Nations
Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 26),
with a primary goal of collectively controlling the global
average temperature. A key strategy for achieving
this is the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
The first legislation in this area currently being
developed by Thailand is the Climate Change Act.
The objective of this Act is to establish a clear policy
framework for reducing greenhouse gas emissions
and supporting the country’s adaptation across all
dimensions. In 2025, the DBD’s Business Accounting
Supervision Division organized a training seminar
project titled “Carbon Accounting for Sustainability
and Management.” This initiative aimed to provide
