In 2025, the Department of Business
Development (DBD) consistently pursues the
commitment to elevating DBD’s status as a leading
digital service agency. This dedication aims to
facilitate the business sector and the public, as well
as to ensure technological security. This steadfast
commitment leads to the DBD being selected for the
Digital Government Award, securing 2nd place out
of a total of 168 departmental-level agencies that
primarily provide services. The awards ceremony was
held at the Digital Government Awards (DG Awards
